Nickie was a huge help at our wedding, both in the planning stages and on the day. If you want to make that feeling you have that you are certain you have forgotten something go away, then do yourself a favour and hire Nickie! She has extensive experience in hospitality and weddings and was a great help in planning all of the finer details and also bigger picture stuff. Her staff member Gemma, who helped on the day, was an absolute pro.

Last night I was lucky enough to have my hens night which was organised by Lady Friday Events! The theme was “Tropicana” and Nickie did the most phenomenal job doing everything from the delicious cocktails, the incredible decorations, the beautiful menu, the gorgeous table setting, the most fun games - it all ran sooo smoothly and everyone had the best time! All the unique touches were just perfect, so so thoughtful. Wow! Thank you Nickie! Can we do it all again? Ha! Xo

Nickie was a fantastic help for us on our wedding day. I had a great venue but didn't know how I was going to attack the DIY setup without enlisting friends and families and spending the time we wanted to relax in a panic trying to get everything ready. Nickie and her team at Lady Friday Events took all that stress away, they set the venue up incredibly for us (dealing with a 50 degree heatwave!) and it looked phenomenal. She was a great help organising suppliers on the day as well and meant we could spend the weekend enjoying ourselves with friends and family. Couldn't recommend her highly enough! You could not ask for a better person to organise your event! Nickie set up our wedding ceremony and organised drinks to be served for a couple of hours afterwards. Running so smoothly, everything was set out perfectly and looked fantastic.

Her attention to detail is amazing and her sense of style (and how to arrange things and make them look pretty) well and truly made up for my lack of it! She thinks of everything you have not and provides great advice and direction.

Don't even think twice about asking Nickie to help with your wedding- just do it- best decision I made!! From initial meetings at the venue (and pub!) she competently made me feel at ease that she knew her stuff, details would not be missed, and most importantly that she was our advocate and angel with the venue and suppliers to make sure things got done OUR way. She had some absolutely kernels of advice in the lead up that really helped me make the most of the day (and budget). I knew she'd always be honest!

On the wedding day itself I felt completely relaxed knowing it was all under control and could just be in the moment. She magically appeared when I ever I looked around to ask a question, for someone to take my bouquet, and updated me as the event unfolded. At the end of the night here was our car waiting - cake, cheese and all our stuff in the boot, ready to speed us away. She then packed away all our personal items for safe keeping.

Nickie assisted with the celebration of life service which we hosted in our family home, upon the passing of my father. Nickie was wonderful. The event was on the northern beaches however I live some 550 km away in Coffs Harbour, and yet I was completely confident that everything was under control and moving forward since Nickie was looking after it for me. Nothing was a hassle and since Nickie has a calm, easy going nature to her, the stress that can accompany these kinds of events is completely gone. Nickie was fantastic to work with, and I am wouldn't hesitate in recommending her to anyone. You won't be disappointed with your decision to move forward with Lady Friday Events.
